Cyborg Rat 9 Wireless Mouse

Anyone come across this issue?  A Cyborg Rat 9 Wireless Mouse will not switch on. I've done a deep cleaning, just short of totally disassembling the entire innards.that as, parts were popping out. Batteries have full charges and, the Latest drivers are installed. I'm Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.Thanks.
