ram compatibility

The ram i'm using at the moment is DDR4, so does this mean that any DDR4 ram would be compatible with my motherboard? 

also will this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820232487 be compatible with my ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F GAMING LGA1151  motherboard?

That is a list of compatible memory for your board. Attempt to get the same exact RAM as before, it minimizes the chance for issues. All of your ram sticks will run at the speed of the lowest. Also, try to get RAM with the same timings. Again, it minimizes the list of possible problems. That RAM you linked should be compatible, very little chance of it not being compatible.
