Technical difficulties

Hi , how’s life goin ?

 

so here’s the problem , I had bought a Chenghong Ruba Smart television sometime ago and everything seems to be working fine except the access to DTV channels and the options bar which keeps on appering and disappearing on the top and bottom of the screen after a few seconds.

 

Does anybody know what’s going on here ?
