You're not supposed to be clumping together that many men in a single province, you get stacking penalties and the vast majority of the divisions never engage the enemy anyway. Plus it's a strait crossing which adds severe penalties as well. I know you have enough men to basically fill the Bosporus strait and let your tanks drive across their drowned corpses, but the troops probably won't follow that brilliant strategy.

 

Just do a naval invasion behind the crossing, or drop paratroopers.

 

Edit: Oh, your units also seem to be out of supply, which further hurts their performance.
