I need help building a new gaming PC. I'm looking to play WOW, pubg with my older brother across the country at 1080 resolution. I live in Texas my and my budget is $600-$800. I already have a a Geforce gtx 1070,Monitor and keyboard that are in working order.

This is something around your higher budget. The most important bits there are the CPU and the motherboard as they will be the best for gaming. You will be able to OC and get all of the frames. The other things can be changed out.

How does this look? Feel free to tweak the storage/PSU as necessary. For instance, if you swap the 550 G3 power supply for a 500B (decent but by no means high-end), you could easily fit in a Ryzen 1600.
