Can't activate Windows 10 Pro Key

Hi.

 

So, I bought a Windows 10 Pro key, it does not work, I get two errorcodes, I even had a Microsoft Employee to remotecontroll my computer to aid me but that did not even help eaither.

 

0x803f7001    and     0xc00f050

 

Anyone know how to deal with this? I reinstalled windows 3x times and followed the guides that was in the Microsoft website, still nothing works. :c

Bought it from Kinguin, it's a website like G2A and such where you can buy game codes aswell

talk to customer service at kinguin to see if you can get a refund or a new key

And there's your issue. This is exactly why you don't buy keys from shady websites. Or rather shady keys from websites known to sell them.

Well, I found out what the problem was.. Since I bought a Pro version and needed that to be installed but the thing their support sent me was                       Windows 10 Home.

 

My 4th support agent of their website actually managed to handle it without any major problem so it is all working right now!
