Crashing before max RAM usage

My laptop has 6 gigs of RAM, and almost 95% of the time I'm using 4-4.8 gigs at any given moment (I always have task manager open to check). But for some reason It often stops at 5 gigs and then closes Opera (The memory hog of the entire system). Is there any reason why it doesn't use any of the leftover gig to keep on going?

That’s used by the OS, just find out if your laptop can replace RAM, if it can, buy more and put it in.

Although unrelated, this reminds me of when BeamNG.Drive would crash when using 9 GB out of 16 GB....

What’s the model of your laptop, also just disable what using most of the RAM if you can
