Frames dropping in games they shouldnt

So I have had my computer for about 6 months now and in the past few days it has started to act up. In games such as rainbow six siege I normally get around 140-150 FPS. Now I am getting high 80's to mid 90's. I have the latest drivers installed, and I have tried restarting my pc many times. I am lost as to what to do and need some help. Thanks

Is it only this Game or are there others too because Rainbow Six Siege isn´t the most well-optimized game out there.

Also, check your Temps and Disk, RAM, CPU usage.
