Can't get past keyboard layout

I was playing heartstone the other day whole waiting for one of my friends to get on, was in the middle of a game when a popup came up the second I clicked where I had to and where I clicked was exactly where the "Restart now" button was for an update.

So I let it update cos I messed up and clicked by mistake but when it had finished and started back up it asked me to choose keyboard layout.

This is when it started I can't select anything because my keyboard or mouse work for some odd reason, while it's starting up the keyboard and mouse light up but after that it's like they are unplugged.

I have tried different usb spots but it's not working in any and yes before you ask the usb spots are working because my blue snowball mic work in all of them, and I managed to get into my hips and they both work.

 

Os: Win 10

Motherboard: 

Processor: Intel core i7-3770

GPU: Asus Nvidia gtx 1060 3gb

Ram: not sure what brand but 8gb

HDD: 1tb with games and other files

SSD: (I think 250gb can't remember bought it ages ago) with just OS on it

Keyboard: razer black widow chroma

Mouse: razer deathadder overwatch edition

Never mind I think my pc just didn't finish the update properly I tried a multitude of different things and I done something that fixed it (not to sure my self) sorry for the post
