Task bar issue

So the problem i have that the litle grey bar under each application that is running like spotify, firefox and settings. Shows at the top of my sceen and when i am full screen in firefox a litle bit of wallpaper shows on top of the "full screen" firefox and the reason i can see the wallpaper is because the litle grey bars are not letting firefox go all the way to the top of the sreen. But if unlock the task bar and make it bigger then the grey bards go under the icons but i can still see wallpaper at the top of firefox. So i took a screen shot but on the screen shot it doesnt show so it might be something wrong  on my display settings. Other screen works fine.

 

This is what nvidia control panels resezing looks like as you can see there is now bottom white line.

Resetting display settings helped.
