Controller not working

I recently bought one of those 2 in 1 controllers , it is Marvo GT-007 , cheap "gaming" controllers.

 

If i connect them to my laptop , everything is working fine , but if i connect them to my main PC , everything is working properly in Set Up USB Controllers , all the Axis and buttons. But if i enter any game , or a Xbox 360 controller emulator , nothing is working.

Only thing that works is when it asks to click any button on the controller ...

 

I tried removing their drivers and letting windows install the again , switching USB ports , windows's troubleshoot ...

Nothing worked.

 

Games that i tried the controllers on : 

-Blur

-StickFight The Game

-Human - Fall Flat

-Serious Sam 3

...

 

Programs :

-Xbox 360 Controller Emulator
