Raspberry pi 3 power up problem

I cannot boot my raspberry pi 3. I spilled some thermal past on it so I wipe it up using nail Polish remover, then I booted it buy only red light is glowing for hours. Please help

Have you tried to Plug it off and on again?
Is it connected Via Screen or SSH?

Do you get any form of Post?

I tried every thing you mentioned. But only red light glows but sometimes green light glow continuously/sometimes it blinks, but NO display at all.
