I have a GA-78LMT-USB3 mobo... and i dont know if windows 10 is doing it or if i have something wrong with my bios or what. Every day while im using my pc i get called away to do something and when i come back my pc has "restarted" itself and then freezes 1/3 of the way through post. When this happens i have to hit the reset button on my case or cut the power supply off and on then restart. It works fine after that. My full specs are at the bottom.

disable C1E and C-States, overclocked FXs aren't too power saving friendly and tend to hang while entering idle modes for some reason

had two of them and it was a constant issue til I disabled those
