Usb C hub help

Ok so I recently purchased an asus motherboard that has a usb c connector (Asus Strix z370f) and I was wonder if I were to purchase this usb c hub what ports would work. I know that using hdmi is most likely out but what other thing would and wouldn't work.

Everything should work except Thunderbolt (unless your Mainboard does thunderbolt, I didn't look), HDMI might work.. Not sure.

This adapter has both sd card and micro sd card slots. An adapter for those alone would cost at least $20 and take up quite a bit of space.

$19 with hub with micro sd and sd

If I ever got a laptop with thunderbolt 3 this would be the only thing I would need for io.

I was saying how since I was only using this on a usb c port the hdmi which relies on thunderbolt would not work.

Find me an adapter than that doesn't use this expensive thunderbolt

the usb c port will just work like a normal USB 3.0 port
