So the PC has been crashing for a few months now and yesterday seems to be the last straw as since yesterday it hasn't, i have tried booting with just one ram stick, tried reseating everything, the motherboard is new as AMD Northbridge seemed to be the issue as i have an amd fx 6350. so i bought a new mother board and the issue persists but now the PC won't post to either monitor. Also the motherboard has no hdmi, vga, display port or DVI port. so i can only use my gpu

My Specs are:

AMD FX 6350

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 970

16GB RAM 1333MHz

1TB HDD

Gigabyte 970A-DS3P FX

Can you describe how the crash happens. Is it a freeze? Does the screen go black? Is there a BSOD? Any details you can provide helps us  help you

So when it crashes the screens go black and the PC either resets or the screen just stays black. The GPU and RAM have been tested and work fine as well as my hard drive.
