Choosing right Laptop

I am looking for a new Laptop for under 1000 $ or used for around 600$.

The device I am searching should be pretty light weight under 17 inches at least 4 cores and something better than intel igpu

Maybe wait for ultrabooks with Kaby Lake G CPUs like HP Spectre x360?
