Help with OC?

So im trying to overclock my old i7 2600k to 4.5Ghz but... idk why i'm having same fps in games (same fps in stock and OC).

First i tried with manual config (i put 1.32v and 4.5ghz) cinebench R15 says i've got 740points testing Rise of the tomb rider fps are around 60-63 in Very high settings 1080p (GTX 1060).

Now i tried with Auto settings (auto voltage and 4.5ghz) and got 770p in cinebench, testing again ROTR got 86FPS.

So what im doing bad? With auto voltage CPU-Z says 1.296 (Here's is a capture)
