Looking for a little advice

hi everyone i picked up some parts for my first pc build i know the parts are old tech but for the 100$ i have invested in them all and what games im looking to play they should be fine looking to play skyrim, hots, unreal, civilization, and maybe a few other older games.
   i have a pretty good idea on what to do for a build with all my parts i have currently. but there are still some grey areas. i made a list of everything i have and was hoping for some advice on how you guys would use whats available. my goal is to make one pc using all the best parts i have then use the remainder to help out a friend with his first pc
