My pc is hard powering off

Hi, guys. I have little problem with my pc. My pc is powering off expecially when idle. It is happening 1-2x per day. Electricity is ok. Only thing is that this isnt happening only on one pc build, but two, not same, but simillar.
Windows is showing only kernel power error.What should i do?  

My pc build:
Processor: AMD FX 6300 (not overclocked) Temps: 30-50C
Cooler: SilentiumPC Spartan 3 LT HE1012
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX3
Power Supply: Enermax NAXN ENP450AGT 450W
Ram: Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3
Graphics card: AMD R7 240 2GB DDR3
OS: Windows 10 PRO

Your CPU may not be getting enough power try disabling Cool'n'Quiet I think it is for AMD equivalent to speedstep worked for me

replace the power supply with the other build... Maybe it is the power supply

No, it isnt fault of power suply. Thats why i written that this problem is happening on other build too. And it was happening even with new power supply.

Is there a way to resolve this by looking to windows minidumps or something?
