I'm planning an arcade machine built around a H110T motherboard I received during the holidays.

Looking to run LaunchBox on Windows 10.

PS1 and GC are all it really needs to live up to.

So far I have come up with the following parts: (links to Amazon)

My major concerns with the build idea:

Performance

Utilizing just a 3.6GHz Dual Core CPU, will it be able to run your average indie game? Emulators with 3D Graphics?

Would using a Quad Core CPU help significantly with running LaunchBox and the games simultaneously?

Cooling

The system will be built toward the back of the control panel in its own "chamber". The layout would be: Intake | Cryorig -> PC -> Corsair | Exhaust

Theory here is that if the Cryorig fan is set to spin at higher RPM's than the exhaust, then it should create positive pressure.

In this case, will using the AIO cooler to reduce blocking airflow allow the rest of the components to be cooled more effectively than a tower cooler? Low profile cooler?

Storage

Is the speed gain in an SSHD worth while? Or will using a HDD work just as smoothly?

I'm very unfamiliar with running games without a GPU and would really like this to be a one time purchase/build. So I truly appreciate any advice you can give!

No. You will rarely better speeds from an SSHD if it is not used as a boot drive. SSHDs put consistently used files on the SSD partition in order to bring improved speeds, which is typically only utilized effectively when an OS is present.

I'd say you should be fine. Intel HD 630 Graphics are in no way powerful enough to run games such as Firewatch or Rocket League, but you should have some luck running LaunchBox for emulators and games such as Terraria and Hotline Miami. If you want to run some more demanding games you can always grab a 1050Ti.

In theory, I believe you would be correct. However, since you're using a locked Pentium, I doubt you will see much of a difference in temps between using an air cooler and an AIO.
