That power supply is practically garbage.  I'd move up to a better one listed in tier 1-4 at this link:

A better psu would be a good idea. If available, either model of Corsair CX-450, (semi-modular or non-modular), would be a good choice.

 

A 240GB+ ssd would be better. 

 

Little point in a hybrid hdd being used as a data drive. You could save a bit going with a regular hdd.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
