I’m updating my bios to uefi and I’m doing this with the efi flash tool and I’m in dos on the screen that says “gigabyte bios to uefi update utility v1.07 flash type mx25l3205a and it says writing (kB) 2576 and it has stopped st that and nothing has happened in like 10 minuets it that normal should I continue to wait or does that mean it’s done and I should reboot

Do not reboot, I believe it should reboot itself. Powering down the system while flashing the BIOS usually results in dead boards.

Flashing a BIOS should not take long. Take a picture of your screen and upload it so we can see what you're seeing.

I found a really crap video of someone using v 1.07

As you can see, it will tell you when to reboot. It looks (obviously) like yours is stuck.

 

EDIT: @megamastermike01 If the freeing continues any longer, while knowing the possible risk, you should unplug and reset the CMOS.Gigabyte boards have a dual-bios to protect against this causing damage.

I rebooted and the bios is fine it still has version f13 on it and I’m not doing that again lol almost lost a 100$ motherboard

You might have just dodged a major bullet. I don't update my bios unless there are compatibility issues (CPU or RAM) or there are stability issues. Or other major fixes, but that is on a case-by-case basis. It's just not worth the risk IMO.
