Different Asus ROG strix gl503vs models?

I don't usually go on forums, but i really need help with this one.

I'm thinking of purchasing a Laptop that could game and also edit content, videos and photos.

I'm quite interested in the Asus ROG Strix Gl503vs (I'm not sure if it is Scar edition by itself or not) and I've come across a slight problem..

I've seen the Gl503vs with model numbers like Gl503vs-DH74 or Gl503vs-Ei022T.

 

What are the differences? Does it matter? Which one should i buy?

 

If you guys know something about this, please reply, it'll help me aLOOOT.
