Putting LFM into context?

I am looking at RAID cards, but need to keep them adequately cooled. On a bunch of product briefs (LSI 9211-8i, Adaptec 6805e, and others), the manufacturer specifies 200 LFM of airflow.

 

If I had a fan blowing on it, either directly or from the side, how might I choose a fan based on the fan's CFM?
