Problem with portable SSDs

Hi, I recently bought SanDisk Extreme 500 250 GB and I found out, that his speeds are terrible comparing to other review/tests benchmarks.

I have got AB350 Fatality mobo on Windows 10 64-bit and this PC act like there wouldnt be a UASP technology implemented. Any ideas how can I repair it?
