Difference between these powerline adapters

First one handles internet connection speed up to 500mbps, the second handles up to a 1gbps. Unless you're paying for a gigabit connection, then you're not gonna benefit from anything else from the second one other than the outlet plug it takes up.

Except powerline is not great and doesn't do the rated speed in anything but perfect lab conditions.

 

OP, get the gigabit one since you have a better opportunity of getting more of the speed you're paying for.
