Multiple devices audio output issue

For the last 2 years I've been using the audio from a  keyboard that plugs into the audio and mic jack in the back of my computer, using earbuds. I also used a pair of usb speakers and could control the volume of both through the speaker/headphones section on the volume mixer. Just today the audio coming through my keyboard into the earbuds stopped working. I've restarted my computer and re plugged all my audio devices but still can't get audio. Any suggestions?

Quick update: The audio jack in the front of my pc still works, my keyboard works with a usb device like headphones, but not earbuds.
