gaming Gaming pc for a friend

A friend of mine wants to build a pc and I took upon myself the work of sourcing the components.

He wants to stay under 8000 NOK and the machine is to be used mostly for gaming and running programs in the background while doing so (spotify, google chrome etc)

Wondering if there is room for upgrades without upping the price here or if this would work (also if an intel build would be better or not)

Please don't buy stuff from only Komplett, especially not for budget builds. 

This one is 200kr over budget. You could get a cheaper case, if you really need it to be under 8000kr
