I need help finding a specific audio adapter

Ok my phone's jack stopped working so I bought a Bluetooth receiver for my headphones. The reciever was 3.5mm but I didn't Realise that my headphone was a 1.5mm to 3.5mm this meant I needed a 1.5mm to 3.5mm connector. I can' find this anywhere. Any help guys

My headphones are the sennheiser hd 625 and receiver blitzwolf Bluetooth reciever. This was the connector that came with it (silver one) i need that but 1.5mm on one end but 3.5mm on other.

As you can see my headphone wire is 1.5mm on one end. And yes at the moment my reciever still works as I connect it to my headphone wire but I want a small connector
