Hi all,

I semi-recently built a new computer and started noticing a very high GPU usage percentage and low frames. I messed with it for a while and it fixed that problem (as far as I can tell), but my screen still looks jittery and jumpy even though I am getting 120+ FPS. For me, it's most noticeable in League of Legends, but the same thing happens when I am just on my desktop. Thoughts?

My Build:

~AMD Ryzen 1600x

~ASRock AB350 Fatal1ty ITX

~2 x 4GB GeIL SPEAR DDR4 2133Mhz

~GTX 970 Windforce

~Corsair SF600 PSU

~Corsair H75 CPU Cooler

~240GB SSD

~1TB HDD

~Phanteks Evolv Shift Mini-ITX Tower

~K272HUL with HDMI connection (main)

~K272HL with DVI connection (secondary)

I upgraded from an i7 4790k but the only parts that traveled to my new PC was the graphics card and the hard drives. I didn't notice any problems before making the switch. Both builds are running Windows 10 64-bit.

All of my temperatures are staying around 60-65C under load and utilization stays around 50% for the GPU and around 25% for the CPU while gaming (according to HW Monitor).

Let me know if there is any more information that you may need. Thanks for your help!
