luxmark.exe crashing while using realbench

hello, i have been trying to achieve an overclock and although everything seems stable luxmark.exe continues to crash and not respond while everything else remains working.. temps are good, cpu usage is good, ram usage is stable.. anyone know why?

event viewer showered the following:
