Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme 1080ti fan problems!

Just to clarify this card has 3 fans with no asyncronous functionality. 

I don' know why but after finishing long gaming sessions when the card is cooling down I notice that only the middle fan will stop spinning when it reaches its 50C zero fan feature. The fan on each side will spin forever until I reset the computer. 

I don' understand why this is happening. 

 

If anyone has technical advice since Newegg won't accept returns for this card and warranty takes months in Canada, I would appreciate it.
