MSI Lightning 7970

So I can get the MSI Lightning 7970 for $350 and it's brand new. Sound worth it? I need some other forum member's opinions before I pull the trigger. Is the Lightning one of the best 7970s out there and how does it overclock?

Hell of a price if you ask me. I know a 680 isnt much comparison BUT I had 2 680 Lightnings and they overclocked like freaking champs. I got over 1330mhz core on each and thats amazing for a 680. So jump on it and enjoy!
The person I'm buying it from is also selling a Gigabyte 7970 for $275. I'm afraid it's voltage locked because Gigabyte's newer 7970s are voltage locked. Plus the 7970 matches my soon to be bought Mpower board.

I love MSI, plus they have a lot of BIOS support on other forums as well.
One thing I'm afraid of is that if the card is DOA... How do I return it if he bought it?
