TurtleBeach Stealth 400 Issue

So I recently got the turtle beach stealth 400 and I got them to work on my PC. The sound is good, and the mic is good, but the headset will randomly switch presets with an annoying voice saying the name of the preset, "Natural sound" or "Bass Boosted". When it says the preset it turns off game-sound until it is done talking. I play a lot of CSGO so this is a very big issue for me, and I would greatly appreciate if someone had a fix for this
