Case Fan problems

Ok so I bought a thermal take ring plus 12 premium set of 3 for my ryzen system. I pluged in the molex and the USB and yet the fans spin and no LEDs. I've noticed everytime I boot up the system runs for like 5 seconds and reboots and the LEDS go on for a split second and disappear.

try running them off regular fan headers to try and locate the problem
