GPU controller causes computer to crash

I really need help.. Today was I was using the PC normally, but FIFA 18 crashed due to some directX error. I changed the directx from 12 to 11 in the game options. I noticed that Nvidia DSR was disabled in Nvidia control panel and activated it, all the values After that, I started a game at normal resolution (1920x1080p). In the initial screen of the game, the PC jammed, I noticed that some letters were unfocused and with purple spots. The screen went off and after a few seconds the PC automatically rebooted After that, whenever the boot screen passes, Windows Login does not appear,  everything goes black and reboots. The only way to use the PC is in security mode or by disabling the Nvidia controller in device manager.
I uninstalled the driver, I used Driver Sweeper, but when I reinstall the drivers (clean installation), the screen turns off and the PC restarts even at the beginning of the installation process. As soon as the Nvidia controller is active in device manager, the screen turns off and the PC restarts.

I do not know what to do, will formatting solve, or something happened to the GPU? Without the controller I can be on the PC and watch videos on youtube, the temperature is normal ....
