New Graphics Card

Hey guys i have been looking to upgrade my current gpu ( r9 270). my rig: i5 3570, 16gb ddr3 ram and gygabyte mobo z77 i think. any ideas? 290$ tops.... only gaming and some school projects

are u sure that evga 1060 wont heat up a lot? it has only one fan..

I'd be looking for a gtx 1050 or 1060 for that money or try for a second hand 1070

it might get a bit toasty, ill look for a 2 fan at the same price
