task manager crashes at launch

I did a clean install of windows 10 pro on my new raid setup and works great, the only issue I got yesterday was that my task manager just would launch but in a few second crash, it's very frustating that i can't see what progammes are opend and i can't choose what programmes launch at startup.

 

the picture shows all it does after a few seconds it just closes.

Try safe mode.

 

Try to get errors in event log and if you get any please paste them here for me to look at and I will determine a solution to the problem.

here is a save (there is a disk 1 error, was a few days ago, it was a broken sata cable i fixed it)

okay, i solved it, it was a corrupt taskmgr.exe file. my friend copied his taskmgr.exe and send it to me so i could replace my taskmgr.exe, what worked when i changed the permissions
