minecraft and other game problems

So I recently got minecraft again to try out some mods and play with friends and I used to get at least 100fps+ (with these mods installed) but recently my minecraft was acting weird (low fps and I went from 90 fps to 0 and back up to 90 repeatedly) and some of my other games so I reinstalled the games and my graphics card driver(rx 480). But now since I reinstalled everything all games I play(Rainbow six siege,pubg,csgo,stick fight, etc) are getting about 40% lower frames than they used to.(the minecraft mods I use are pixelmon and xeros map and optifine)

Please help

8gb of ddr3 ram

If you never replaced the thermal compound or blew out the dust on your components(specifically the CPU), you will see worse performance over time until it builds up to the point where the PC overheats and shuts down.

weird I dusted it a week ago

could it be anything else?

 I have open hardware open and cpu is getting at most 40 percent load and the thermals are about 40-50c which is idle for me

have you done a scan with malware bytes or something?

yeah everything is perfectly fine its just games its completely clean
