DVI-D Power saving mode

I posted a thread about this yesterday night, however, it worked all of a sudden, not sure why but I thought everything worked fine. It did, ran all games at solid FPS, tried booting now, and it's got the same problem again. Whenever I turn on the power (not even the PC, just the power) my monitor instantly says: DVI-D power saving mode. I don't know why, how to fix it, anything tbh
