ram My Memory LED Is orange

Hey, I'm an early computer builder is using the TUF Z270 mark 2 motherboard and the monitor says "NO SIGNAL" and the led right next to the ram I need some help. my ram is a Viper ram cant specify exactly I lost the box, but I need help it says its orange NOT BLINKING but is solid with orange I just need some help. Thanks :).

possibly it came with led lighting that was orange and you misread? what graphics card do you have if any?

im currently using a integrated TUF Z270 mark 2 motherboard intagrated graphics chip i will install the gtx 1060 later but i cant right now
