Thermal throttling?

I noticed that while folding, my GPU utilization doesn't stay pinned at 100%, but it regularly drops to around 60%. Temps look fine, mid 70s to 80s, but I'm not sure what's wrong. Thoughts? Thanks!

Make sure you have the GPU set to prefer maximum performance in the Nvidia control panel. Unless you are talking about the PC in your signature, if so, then disregard this.

Thermal throttling decreases clockspeed, not GPU usage. It could be CPU bottlenecking or badly optimized game.
