Not related to LTT content, but the video players on nearly any website. Also, I didn't know if this should go in General so I just put it here.

I have a good internet connection, 75/75 mbps, which is fairly consistent. On Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, other sites, and sometimes even the FP player seems to just not want to buffer sometimes.

I know I have been having an issue with Twitch and removing hardware acceleration seemed to help, but it still chokes sometimes.

Doesn't matter what time of day or how many players I have open, or even if my computer is freshly restarted, it just seems to not want to buffer sometimes.

Anyone else having this issue?

Do a ping test and see if anything's up. How are you connected to your router (ethernet/wifi/powerline)?

Actually scratch that. Pop open task manager and see if anything looks funny during video playback.

Speedtests

WiFi - 7ms, 22Mb down, 10Mb up

Ethernet - 6ms, 47.5Mb down, 9.7Mb up

It's completely blown out of proportion. Also if you're the least bit worried about data gathering then you should go live in a cave a 1000Km from the nearest establishment simply because every device and every entity gathers information these days. In the current era privacy is just fallacy and nothing more.
