I just got an msi b350 tomahawk from micro center as an open box, i tested it in store and it booted, the technician said i should update the bios because it would overclock better and support faster memory.  When I got home I built the system and booted it up and it worked.  I followed the steps to update the bios and it said successfully installed.  I went to download windows 10 selected my usb drive, it rebooted and will not power on.  I have tried resetting cmos, unplugging while holding power button down, but can not get it to turn on at all, plz help me.

Not powering on as in not completing POST? or literally no signs of life at all (fans off, no LEDs, etc.)?

There appears to be an 'EZ Debug LED' near the 24-pin power connector on this board. Are any of the four LED's on?

Have you tried unplugging power and removing the CMOS battery for at least 120 seconds?
