Laptop Glitching on Wake Up

Seem to have a problem on my laptop when I wake it up from sleep. See the video -

 

Screen just glitches out and can’t do anything.

Only way to fix is holding power button and restarting.

 

Laptop is a dell Inspiron 1500

i7, 16GB RAM

Running windows 10

 

Any advice what to try?
