7700k vs 1600x

Im looking to be able to stream with this and ik that most games are only single core but streaming could take another 1-2 cores for that process. Im trying to get it the most optimized for streaming so i dont have the cpu dragging from the amount of processes happening. I might possibly could have recording with obs/xplict and music for stream intro. 

 

If there are any streamers that have 1st hand knowledge of this plz share your findings

cpu and mobo will be the last to buy
