I want a new mouse. I have a budget of around 20 to 30 euros I have medium to big hands use palm grip and play mostly fps any recommendations?

If Finding a used mouse is a bit pain in the butt for you.

Stretch your budget to $35 and u can get the amazing Flick G1 with PWM3310 sensor,omron switches,and great build quality. Its $35 on amazon and i think its a steal

Or just grab the Rival 100 with its 3059-SS sensor which is eemm not bad but not considered as a good sensor imo.

But a it is a good mouse for the price its $30 now.

They are suited for palm grip and the size of your hand.
