How is this build?

Use the stock cooler, it's fine for overclocks to ~3,8GHz.

Change the motherboard to own that isn't crap. The K4 is available for $72 after rebate.

Get faster RAM. 2800 MHz 1x 8GB is fine, and gives you room to expand.

Add a 250GB SSD. The SL308 is good, and reasonably priced.

You can get 4GB 580s for $255, and an 8GB version for $270 after rebate.

You can get Windows from Reddit or Kinguin for ~$25.
