Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1060 triple monitor issue

I recently bought GTX 1060 aorus and now im having problem with my triple monitor

Things i tried to do

1 hdmi port connect displays 1 monitor only

3 display ports to hdmi adapter after the boot no signal detected and black out

1 display port to hdmi adapter sometimes it proceed to windows sometimes not

I just dont know the correct combination of the ports. Should i get an active display port adapter? or a DVI? DVI and 2 DP ? or DVI & HDMI and DP?

I read the manual and there's no details about it. thanks for your response
