Whats your budget? I'm here in Canada so some of this might be out of your price range or not around you, But MSI makes a monitor that is black and red that is the MSI Optix G27C2, And I have heard good things about it, And if you look up the spec sheet it is good for gaming and such. If you don't want something as extreme as that, I think asus makes some cheaper monitors along with dell, hp and such. I would stay away from Acer, I have not had a good time with them in the past.

For the keyboard and such, Bestbuy got some Razer Chroma products on sale that can be programmed to be red, I have used their products for 4 years with little issues, Although  I would stay away from some older products such as the Kraken 7.1 V1 and Mamba TE (Even though I have a Mamba TE, they make the Lancehead TE that has a much better sensor for the same base price here in Canada.) All of those products can be made to be a red color, And they do have chroma support in some games.

Just doing a quick look on Bestbuy's united states store, They have the Razer Ornata keyboard on for $80 USD (Used this keyboard for a year so far with no issues at all), The deathadder elite is on sale there for $60 USD and if you wanted a mouse pad you can just get some old one for super cheap, Or you can get one of those fancy rgb mousepads if wanted.

Just so you know I am a fan of Razer products but some people have had different experiences with them. There customer support is not the best in the market but it has gotten better over the past year or so.

Bestbuy also has the Corsair K55 On sale for $49 USD along with some of corsairs mice, But I have never dealed with Corsair so I can't really recommend anything from them. You can also look on amazon for those different off brands that are not too well known, But some of them sometimes do make somewhat good products, but be careful what you buy from companys like that.
